How do I post a job?
To post a job, log in to your account, click on "Post a Job" from your dashboard or navigation menu. Fill in the job details including title, description, category, location, date/time, duration, and hourly rate. Once submitted, your job will be visible to job seekers immediately.
How do I apply for a job?
Browse available jobs from the "Browse Jobs" page. Click on any job to view full details. If you're interested, click the "Apply Now" button and submit your application with a cover letter explaining why you're a good fit. The job poster will review your application and respond accordingly.
What is the hourly rate range?
On our platform, hourly rates range from ₹100 to ₹5000 per hour. Job posters set their own rates based on the job requirements, skills needed, and market conditions. You can filter jobs by hourly rate to find opportunities that match your expectations.
How do I communicate with job posters/seekers?
Once your application is accepted or you accept an applicant, you can use our in-app messaging system to communicate. Navigate to the job details page and click on "Messages" to start a conversation. All messages are linked to specific jobs for easy tracking.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes, we take your privacy and security seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your contact details without your permission. Only communicate through our platform's messaging system until you're comfortable sharing direct contact information.
What cities are supported?
We currently support major Indian cities including Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and many more. You can select your city when posting or searching for jobs. We're constantly expanding to new cities based on user demand.
Can I cancel a job posting?
Yes, you can close or cancel your job posting at any time from your dashboard. Go to "My Jobs", select the job you want to close, and click "Close Job". If there are pending applications, please inform the applicants before closing the job.
How do payments work?
Currently, payments are handled directly between job posters and job seekers. We recommend discussing payment terms before starting work. Always agree on the hourly rate, total hours, and payment method in advance. We're working on integrating a secure payment system for future releases.
